At the very bottom of Nils Juls gate, behind the green veil of the trees, a little treasure of a playground is hidden. Between birch, oak and maple so old that they probably remember prams from the 50s, lies a charming gravel area with everything a small child (or a tired adult) could wish for.
Here there are play equipment that invites imaginative play, a sandbox that entices with small treasures under the surface, perfect for excavators and cake tins. Around it all stand benches that almost whisper: "Sit down for a while." It's like time goes a little slower here.
This is the place for a thermos of cocoa, a raisin bun and maybe a little picnic on the carpet.
Maybe the little ones are also lucky to see a train coming or going on the other side of the fence?
