An amazing place to be for both children and adults. Social place and full of activities! Great staff, best service and clean. The place has coffee shop. You can celebrate birthday here and all is covered at when you pay for tickets!

Extremely poorly organized money-making-machine. I`ll start the review by describing the process from booking until completion: 1: The booking. I was positively surprised to learn that they had a web-bookinform which only let you book available time slots. However, the web-form did not produce any receipt that validated your booking, so I ended up calling in to learn that I now had two bookings. 2: The Birthday Invitation template. They have a birthday invitation template on their web-page, which is good, but I think it should contain a parental consent form for each invitation, so time wasted at the facility would be minimised, and in addition so that the one arranging isn't responsible for all the kids by him/herself. 3: Arriving at the facility Paying this much money, I expected that they were running a streamlined operation, but this was pretty far from the case. I was waiting by the counter when a employee asked me if I needed help. I said yes, and she directed me to the counter. The person behind the counter asked if I had prebooked, which I confirmed. She then started telling me that she could not find the reservation. Then she asked "oh-its a birthday?" I then had to go to another desk and wait inline again! After getting through I got some info and a hopelessly long terms and agreements form which demanded me to write in all the kids names and be responsible in case they hurt themselves. I think this should have been communicated better so each parent could vouch for their own child. After completing the form, I was waiting for someone to come and take the kids to the safety information video. This didn't happen So at almost 10 minutes past birthday start I went up to the counter and asked if they were to go there by themselves, and the answer was yes. They effectively lost 10 minutes due to the lack of communication and service from the staff. I also had to ask for a tray to put the presents in. As a side note, this already expensive facility only offers pay for use lockers to keep the stuff safe, which resulted in the shoes of one of the parents was stolen. The staff did not seem to concerned with this, as the mandatory placement of your stuff in the video surveiled changing room is at your own risk. 4: The food. Several times during the food the staff was looking for lost jelly, lost and misplaced side orders. They put brownies in my girls room, and then went back to remove it later. The pizza was OK though. Overall this is a decent facility, but I think it is totally disorganized and the stay was stressful for me as the responsible adult. When I pay 3000NOK for 11 guests I expect to be met and greeted by an representative and that they properly follow the guests until they are inside the jumping area. Also, they do not accept mastercard, and it's not announced anywhere.
